MATERIAL OF OUR PRODUCT
H section steel
H type steel is an economic efficient section material with optimized cross section area allocation and more reasonable ratio of strength to weight. It is named because of its letter "H" cross section. Since its different parts are of orthogonal configuration, h-beam has advantage of good bending capacity, simple construction, cost saving and structure light weight etc., has been widely used.
H-beam is divided into:
The flange wide type (HW)
The flange middle type (HM)
The narrow flange type (HN)
Thin-wall h-beam type (HT)
H section steel pile type (HU)
H-type steel, optimized from I-shaped steel, is economic cross section steel with better cross-section mechanical performance. Especially, it is named because of its letter "H" shape section.
Its characteristics are as follows:
1. Wide flange, large lateral stiffness and strong anti-bending ability.
2. Two parallel flange surfaces enable easy and simple connection, processing and installation.
3. Compared with welding joist steel, H-type has lower cost, high precision, small residual stress. There is no need for expensive welding material and welding seam detection, so the steel structure production is cost saving.
4. Under the same cross section load, reduction weight of hot rolled H-type steel structure can be lighter 15-20% more than the traditional steel structure.
5. Compared with concrete structure, hot rolled H steel structure can increase 6% using area. Meanwhile, its self-reduce weight also reduces the internal structure design force.
6. H section steel can be processed into T steel. Honeycomb beam can be formed into various sorts of cross section by combination, which greatly meets the demand of engineering design and production.
C steel was processed after hot rolling and cold bending. Its characteristics are: thin wall, light weight, good cross section performance, high strength (compared with the traditional steel) and can save 30% materials compared with the equivalent steel.
C type steel is widely used in purlin and wall beam steel structure building, also can combined into lightweight roof, carrier construction, etc. In addition, it can also be used for machinery and column, beam and arm light industrial manufacturing.
,EPS SANDWICH PANEL
EPS sandwich panel takes the color steel plates as surface layer, the flame-resistant polystyrene foam board as core material, the polyurethane as plastering agent. The panel is formed by continuous heat and compression, synchronous scale and cut. Under the combination of the polystyrene foam board and plastering agent, EPS panel can bear the heavy load, therefore its compressive strength is about 100kPa.

Usually steel structure building is a large installation engineering. Some customers may need SBS assign the professional technical engineer to supervise the installation on site overseas. To such situation, customer should coordinate with us for following aspects:
Customer should provide:
1. Translator or assistant on site.
2. All costs raised including:
A. visa fee
B. Round trip flight ticket
C. Accident insurance for the supervisor during the period
E. Daily meals
G. Local traffic fee (if any)
3. The customer should pay the engineer with supervision fee, which can be negotiated and decided by both.
4. Customer has the responsibility to provide necessary security system to protect the supervisor, especially in some unrest countries.
GAS SHIELDED ARC WELDING
Steel structures commonly use GMAW welding after assembly. Gas shielded arc welding regards the gas as a medium and takes the protection for the arc and welding area. Gas shielded arc welding enjoys good visibility to arc and weld pool. In addition, GMAW seldom has slag and obvious welding deformation.It is quite suitable for mechanized welding with spatial location.
Selection Guide for gas welding process parameters
A1 Wire diameter
Generally, the wire can be selected according to Table A1

A2 Wire elongation
A2.1 The wire elongation relates to the wire diameter, the welding current and the welding voltage
A2.2 During the welding process, the distance from the tip to the base material is generally as 10-15 times as the wire diameter.
A3 Welding current
A3.1 Stick up the principle that base materials are in well welding penetration, welding current should be accurately selected in accordance with the thickness of base materials, joint type and the wire diameter.
A3.2 The range of welding current in common use with variety of wire diameters shown in Table A2
Automatic Submerged Arc Welding
After H type steel structure being assembly, automatic submerged arc welding (gantry welding) is commonly taken into welding process. The automatic submerged arc welding is a kind of method named electric arc welding that the arc burning would be occurred in flux layers. Automatic submerged arc welding has outstanding advantages, there are high weld quality and brilliant protective effect of slag isolated from the air. Furthermore, the welding parameters can be automatically adjusted to maintain stability with stable welded composition and remarkable mechanical properties.
The selection of flux and wire
Mild steel in welding process can choose the flux with high manganese and silicon (HJ431) and work in with the wire in the type of H08MnA. While it could also use type flux with low manganese or no manganese (such as HJ130, HJ230, etc.) and match with the type of H08MnA or H10Mn2 wire.
1,Welding with high strength and low alloy steel can choose the flux with fierce silicon (such as HJ350) or low manganese silicon (such as HJ250) and work in with the wire in appropriate high strength and low alloy steel (such as: H08MnMoA, H08Mn2MoA etc.)
2,Steel in heat resistant, low manganese and corrosion preventive can select flux with silicon or low silicon and with corresponding alloy steel wire during the welding process.
3,The high alloy steels such as the ferrite, the austenitic commonly choose the high alkalinity agglomerated flux or the solder bonding in order to reduce the burning loss and penetrated alloy of alloy elements.
