Framework:
Welded steel frame of container house is made of hollow, chamfered and rolled profiles, 8 reinforced container corners. Inverted, ventilated roof, rainwater drainage - drainpipes located inside corner stanchions, diameter 40mm, insulated to prevent freezing. Containers are stackable (max. 1 units).

Corrosion prevention:
Steel frame of container house is coated with active anticorrosive agent, exterior parts of frame are made of galvanized material.

Exterior colour:
Two-component varnish - RAL 1015, ivory
Floor:
Welded floor frame of container house is made of rolled and hollow beams and fitted with galvanized 0, 63mm metal sheet covering underneath. Insulating material: 100mm of mineral wool (A2 classification, incombustible), 19mm particleboard V 100 E1 placed lengthwise on steel carrier beams.

Peripheral walls:
The container peripheral walls are made of galvanized profiled sheet metal 0, 63mm, profile depth 10mm, 70mm-framework made of galvanized sheet metal profiles, insulation - 80mm of mineral wool (A2 classification, incombustible), 10mm white two-side-laminated particleboard. K=0, 45W/m2K

Parting walls:
10mm white two-side-laminated particleboard, 50mm framework made of galvanized sheet metal profiles, 10mm white two-side-laminated particleboard (parting walls are exchangeable including wiring).

Roof:
0, 75mm galvanized profile, profile depth 40mm placed on steel roof beams of container house. Insulation - 80mm of mineral wool (A2 classification, incombustible), vapory-proof PE foil, 10mm white two-side-laminated particleboard. K=0, 44W/m2K

Windows:
White plastic triple-wing window 2060x1200, left and right wing fixed, tilt-and-turn vent in the middle. Insulating double glazing 4/16/4. White outside plastic roller blind and aluminium parapet.
Outside door: 1 door type ZK 875x2000, door handle and fittings, cylindrical lock.

Inside door:
Wooden door, steel doorframe 875x2000, door handle and fittings, permutation lock.

Wiring:
DE 0100 standard, complete including 0, 03 A current earth - leakage trip and automatic circuit breakers, 2 lightings (56W), 1 lighting (36W), 2 sockets, 1 socket for heating, , 1 socket for telephone, 3 switchs.

Heating:
2.500 W wall electric convector heater with a thermostat.
Foundations:
According to foundation plans, concrete band or footing.
Disposition: Separately or in a variety of configurations, exchangeable wall elements
